We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to join our Human Resources team and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization. This role is responsible for shaping and executing talent strategies, driving recruitment excellence, and enhancing the overall candidate experience nationwide. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in both human resources and talent acquisition, a passion for innovation, and a commitment to building diverse and high-performing teams.
This role follows a hybrid work model with four days required in-office and one remote day per week. This schedule is subject to change based on business needs.
