This role involves leading a team, improving processes, and collaborating with various departments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruiting, especially within the Property & Casualty insurance sector, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.

The Talent Acquisition Leader reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and provides leadership, support, advocacy, and vision to the Talent Acquisition strategy and execution across the organization. S/he manages the TA Team in the United States and Europe and offers consultative advice to HR Business Partners regarding Talent Acquisition in Canada, Latin America, and AMEA as needed. S/he also provides hands-on recruitment support for specific Operating Units or Departments, focusing on Executive roles. Key functions include:
