Job Description
Job Title: Healthcare Talent Acquisition Manager
Base Salary:$100-120k, based on skill and experience
Location: USA, Remote
Work model: Remote
Travel Requirements: Local and national travel required - up to 10%
Reports to:VP, People and Culture (Interim - Chief of Staff)
Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP, People and Culture, (Interim Chief of Staff) the Manager, Talent Acquisition is an expert in healthcare recruiting and leads the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (COE). They ensure that all recruiters are sourcing top talent, developing talent pipelines, ensuring a great hiring manager and candidate experience, aligning with industry best practices and meeting time to fill targets. They are responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts within IP and also for its managed services clients, which consists of various healthcare clinics. This role will also be expected to recruit for selected roles as needed.
