The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for building and leading a high performing team of recruiters who are focused on achieving the organization’s recruitment goals. The TA manager will work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and the Senior Manager of Talent Strategy in developing effective recruitment and retention strategies. Work collaboratively with other TA managers in driving and executing these strategies and responsible for measuring performance to push continuous process improvement.
Experience:
Generally requires 7 to 10 years of related experience. Management experience is required.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
