Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a Talent Acquisition leader to transform our recruitment programs. You will guide a high-performing team and partner with senior leaders to address evolving workforce needs, shaping strategies and optimizing processes across the organization.

You will oversee recruiting metrics, implement sourcing improvements, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while collaborating with hiring managers to meet headcount targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to supervise and motivate others.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth.
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness.
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently.
• Guide team meetings and drive adoption of new initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local hiring regulations and maintain accurate records and audit processes.
• Evaluate recruiting data and communicate actionable insights to leadership.
