Spectrum in Louisiana seeks a talent acquisition leader to transform recruitment across Metairie, Baton Rouge, or New Orleans offices. You’ll lead recruiters, refine hiring processes, and collaborate with leadership to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
• Experience leading and developing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth.
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness.
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently.
• Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring regulations, maintaining accurate records and audit processes.
• Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders.
• Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements.
