Job summary

Charter Communications is seeking a senior leader to transform our talent acquisition function in the Baton Rouge area. You will lead a team of recruiters, shape employment programs, and partner with leadership to align hiring with business goals.

Expect a strategic role focused on process improvement, data-driven decisions, and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes developing strategies, enhancing pipelines, and delivering high-quality hires across Spectrum offices in Metairie, Baton Rouge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Ability to communicate clearly in both oral and written formats
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work independently, supervise and motivate others
• Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritizetasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze and interpret data effectively
• Knowledge of broadband products and services
• Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies, staffing and employment practices
• Working knowledge of market compensation trends
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers at all levels of the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach recruiters and support personnel, fostering productivity and professional growth
• Oversee recruiting metrics and reporting to track hiring activity and evaluate process effectiveness
• Implement and refine sourcing strategies to enhance candidate pipelines and manage requisitions efficiently
• Guide team meetings, drive adoption of new initiatives and support individual career development plans
• Ensure compliance with federal,stateand local hiring regulations,maintainingaccuratarecords and audit processes
• Evaluate recruiting data, analyze outreach effectiveness and communicate actionable insights to business leaders
• Source, recruit, screen and select candidates, continually improving staffing quality and supporting targeted headcount requirements
