Job summary

Spectrum invites a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader to guide recruiting strategy across the organization from our Phoenix campus. You’ll lead recruiters, set standards, and partner with leadership to address workforce needs, driving high-impact hiring programs that align with business goals.

In this role you’ll oversee metrics, refine sourcing, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster development plans for your team, while delivering exceptional candidate experiences and staffing quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of human resources or recruiting experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

How You’ll Make an Impact
