Job summary

Starwood Hotels seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead all recruitment lifecycle activities for the property, partnering closely with department leaders to forecast staffing needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The role focuses on building a diverse pipeline aligned with 1 Hotels Vision and Brand Pillars, and requires the ability to work across leadership levels.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Hospitality, 4–6 years in recruitment, HRIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4–6 years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting both hourly and leadership roles.
• Experience with an HRIS and recruitment analytics.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and fair hiring practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with leaders, candidates, and external partners.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment platforms.
• Flexible schedule to meet the demands of a 24-hour hospitality operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities
