Job summary

Starwood Hotels is a luxury hotel brand management company and affiliate of global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group. We seek a hotel operations leader with at least four years in similar roles to drive rooms division excellence and engage guests and team members.

This role offers a base salary of $105,000–$110,000 with a 10% annual bonus target, and is based in San Francisco, CA. The position requires flexibility for a 24-hour operation.

• Leadership in rooms division operations with a track record in guest and team member engagement.

• Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 4 years of similar work experience
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
• An expert in hotel rooms division operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
