The Talent Acquisition Manager is an enthusiastic and creative recruiting professional with the vision, plan, and strategy to help RADCO develop a pipeline of the very best talent. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop and execute strategies that help support RADCO’s mission and staffing needs. A key component to this position will be identifying and actively participating in proactive recruitment opportunities (ie. industry events, networking, college recruiting, etc.) to maintain a pipeline of top talent and to establish our company presence in new and existing markets.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing tools and initiatives aimed at increasing the timeliness and effectiveness of the property recruitment efforts.
- Train and support hiring managers on recruitment strategies, including RADCO’s approach to Motivation Based Interviewing, proper interview questions, identifying core competencies, aligning company and candidate values, pre-employment testing, and the selection process.
- With the support of RADCO’s marketing team, build brand awareness and design and maintain RADCO’s recruiting collateral to help convey RADCO’s unique culture and attract the very best talent.
- Partner with RADCO’s third party recruiting company to support the corporate and property recruitment efforts and initiatives, including sourcing and qualifying candidates through internal and external networks, as well as nurturing ongoing relationships with qualified external candidates.
- Manage the sourcing and recruiting process for all Corporate and leadership positions, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations team during third party property takeovers to help support staffing needs, including onsite interviews and extending offers.
- Continuous monitoring of the company’s employment brand by communicating the company’s competitive edge to potential candidates and by managing online job boards, Glass Door, Indeed, LinkedIn, and the company’s overall online presence.
- Build and manage college recruitment programs, including internship opportunities, opportunities to speak at universities, career fairs, etc.
- Stay current on industry updates and trends and actively participate in industry events.
- Continuous collaboration with the HR team to ensure the company’s compensation for key roles is in line with the job market.
- Work collaboratively with the HR team and team leaders to draft and refine job descriptions and to identify core competencies for key roles.
- Leverage data analytics to support or restructure recruiting strategies.
- Manage and maintain system administration for the company’s applicant tracking system. Responsible for making enhancements and changes to the system as needed, and to properly train and encourage team members to fully utilize and leverage the system’s applications and tools.
- Work strategically with the HR team, recruiting team, and key leaders to track and report recruiting trends.
- Maintain and promote the company’s Employee Referral Program.
- Manage job boards, background, and drug testing vendor relationships.
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
- Experience in property management, real estate, or hospitality is preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local laws governing equal employment opportunity.
- Experience recruiting at all levels of the organization (field, corporate, executive).
- Experience managing and supporting an applicant tracking system and other web-based recruiting tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and genuinely enjoys working with people.
- Creative approach to employment branding.
- Maintains a strong sense of urgency and can prioritize multiple requests.
- Self-driven and highly motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
