We are currently seeking an experienced Life Science recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team to support Manufacturing/Operations hiring priorities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, engage, assess, and deliver talent aligned with position requirements for technical experience and competency fit.
  2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, partnering with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure an excellent candidate experience.
  3. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring.
  4. Leverage talent intelligence and data-driven insights with a focus on inclusion, diversity, and equity.
  5. Handle confidential information professionally.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Six years of full cycle recruiting experience within an RPO or in-house/corporate environment.
  • Two years supporting Manufacturing/Operations for a Biotech or Pharmaceutical organization.
  • Experience developing talent attraction strategies using diverse channels such as social media, direct outreach, associations, networking, alumni groups, and specialized career sites.
  • Experience with Workday ATS is highly preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical or biotech positions within Manufacturing/Operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and proficiency with TA and HR systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and within a multi-functional team.
  • Personal ownership, confidentiality, and flexibility.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.

The annual base salary ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include bonuses or commissions based on performance.
