Job summary

PeopleScout, a TrueBlue company, is seeking a Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to ensure smooth recruitment administration and an optimal candidate experience at our Downers Grove, IL site. The role involves coordinating interviews, processing offers, and facilitating onboarding for on-site and remote hires.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruitment or HR operations, strong MS Office skills, and excellent communication. Occasional early hours and weekend work may be required to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required to interact with candidates via email and phone.
• Minimum 2 years recruitment, human resources operations, or administrative work experience; 3–5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent client positively to candidates and coordinate interview logistics.
• Handle offer letters accurately and obtain necessary approvals.
• Plan onboarding for new hires both on-site and remote locations.
• Enter data accurately into the technology platform and maintain timeliness standards.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.
