Job summary

Collision Partners Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Raleigh, NC, with remote flexibility. You will lead and execute end-to-end recruiting, partnering with leaders across corporate and shop roles, building scalable processes, and shaping employer branding to attract top talent.

You will own sourcing strategies, candidate experience, and recruiting metrics, while growing the function to support rapid company growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience building recruiting processes, candidate pipelines, or sourcing strategies from the ground up.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with tracking systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle hands-on for corporate and shop-level roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Source active and passive candidates through boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pools and pipelines for recurring roles.
