Job summary

Clearbridge Executive Search seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead talent acquisition for warehouse operations, freight forwarding, imports/exports, sales, and corporate teams in the Los Angeles area.

You will design strategies, partner with executives, manage postings, source candidates, and optimize hiring processes to sustain growth. A strong track record in logistics recruiting and multi-location staffing is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• 2+ years recruiting experience in logistics, warehousing, or related operations.
• Experience recruiting ICs and management-level professionals.
• Experience supporting recruiting across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, workforce planning and best practices.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for warehouse operations, import/export, sales, management, and corporate positions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with growth and workforce planning.
• Create and manage job postings on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other platforms.
• Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through direct sourcing and online tools.
• Partner with hiring managers and executive leadership to develop hiring plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical/ hard-to-fill roles.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate an efficient hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics, activity, and staffing progress.
• Recommend improvements to processes and candidate experience.
• Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks and best practices.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and events.
