Living Spaces Furniture in La Mirada, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions. You will partner with leaders to build candidate pipelines, manage digital ads, and coordinate events while promoting a diverse and inclusive culture.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in direct recruiting within logistics or retail, and strong knowledge of employment laws. Workday experience is a plus, with a focus on an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college in business, HR, or related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in direct recruiting, with emphasis in logistics or retail.
• Solid knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple positions, partnering with hiring managers.
• Develop partnerships to create exceptional candidate experiences and staffing strategies.
• Identify sourcing strategies and build pipelines for future candidates.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives and track results.
• Create and manage digital job ads on job boards and social media.
• Coordinate hiring events, fairs, and internal mobility initiatives.
• Administer ATS/HRIS workflows and maintain candidate records.
