Job summary

Echo Global Logistics is seeking a recruiter to support talent acquisition across warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations. You will manage the full recruiting life cycle for hourly warehouse associates, specialized operational roles, and front-line leadership, collaborating with hiring managers to prioritize openings and coordinate interviews.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in warehouse or high-volume hiring.
• Experience screening candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from screening to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and extend offers, including pre-employment screening.
• Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics.
• Support high-volume hiring events and projects.
