Echo Global Logistics is seeking a capable recruiter to support talent acquisition across warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution operations. You will partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to run the full recruiting cycle for hourly, specialized operational roles, and front-line leadership.

The role emphasizes organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience preferred, ideally in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, logistics, or high-volume hourly recruiting.
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens and coordinating interviews.
• Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems, and basic candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including candidate screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Work closely with HR and operational teams to coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Represent Echo professionally and contribute to a positive candidate experience and employment brand.
