American Equipment Holdings is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition across its multi-location organization. You will manage the full cycle from workforce planning and sourcing to offers and onboarding, focusing on skilled trades and roles in sales, office, and management.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR leadership, coach recruiters, own the ATS, write job descriptions, coordinate background checks, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while building strong

Qualifications

• Full-cycle recruiting experience including high-volume roles.
• Strong sourcing, Boolean search and passive candidate outreach.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices.
• Leadership and coaching abilities with stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage many open positions and stay organized.
• Data-driven with ability to report metrics and drive actions.
• Proficiency with ATS, HRIS (Paylocity), and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple locations.
• Partner with leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring plans.
• Develop sourcing strategies for skilled trades and technical roles.
• Build pipelines with schools, apprenticeships, military programs, and community partners.
• Coach recruiters and manage recruiting coordinators.
• Own ATS data, workflows, and compliance records.
• Write and maintain job descriptions with HR and managers.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment steps.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and pay transparency.
• Track time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and turnover.
• Strengthen employer brand via events and engaging content.
• Train managers on interviewing practices and vendor management.
