Salem Five Bank in Salem, MA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead sourcing, interviewing and hiring across the organization. You will partner with executives, forecast staffing needs, and build a strong employer brand while guiding a recruitment team.

This role requires 6–8 years of management experience in financial services, a Bachelor's degree, and deep knowledge of recruiting technologies and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–8 years of people management experience.
• Proven success recruiting across organizational levels, preferably in financial services.
• Experience with recruitment technology, social media and open web sourcing.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and government regulations related to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition function, setting strategy and mentoring the team.
• Source, screen, interview and hire candidates across departments.
• Oversee ATS, job boards, external recruiters and budgets.
• Partner with executives to forecast hiring needs and build a strong employer brand.
• Develop a recruiting plan for open positions and measure outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
