Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of recruiters, shaping targets and standards to meet division goals.

You will promote teamwork and ensure clients receive high-quality service while expanding the candidate pool through proactive sourcing and relationship-building. The role requires building relationships with leadership, developing recruiter training plans, and coaching for performance.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in recruitment. 5 years preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing industry. Education field preferred.
• Proven business development and effective leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
• Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem through to resolution.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks; monitor work.
• Good organizational skills and proactive initiative.
• Strong interviewing and analytical abilities.
• Clear, professional communication across a broad corporate landscape.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with internal leaders to understand growth targets and priorities.
• Develop, maintain, and implement training plans for new recruiters and for ongoing staff.
• Lead and coach recruiters, supporting their development and performance.
• Maintain individual recruitment efforts by sourcing and pipelining a broad range of qualified staff.
• Monitor team performance against goals while maintaining individual production.
• Assess lead sources, sourcing, and engagement strategies to improve recruitment.
• Develop prospecting strategies using email, phone, social media and local events.
• Ensure candidate data is accurate and communications are well documented.
• Contribute to process improvements and tool recommendations for better hiring outcomes.
• Prepare weekly recruitment metrics and reporting.
