You will partner with internal leaders to forecast growth, develop training, coach recruiters, and implement sourcing strategies while maintaining high service levels for clients and candidates. This role demands strong leadership, business development insight, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years related recruitment experience; 5 years preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing; Education field preferred.
• Proven business development and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands and changing priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with internal leaders to understand growth targets.
• Coach, counsel, and retrain recruiters to develop the team.
• Source and pipeline a broad range of qualified staff.
• Monitor team performance against goals and individual production.
• Develop prospecting strategies to expand the candidate pool.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and document communications.
• Provide weekly recruitment metrics reporting.
• Handle special assignments as assigned by management.
