Cross Country Healthcare is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a team of recruiters, align recruitment with growth targets, and promote best practices across the organization. You will drive sourcing strategies, team development, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality talent.

The role emphasizes coaching, process improvement, and robust reporting to meet division goals and client needs, with responsibilities spanning full-cycle recruitment and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in recruitment
• 5 years preferred experience in recruitment/leadership roles
• 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing industry. Education field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with internal business leaders to understand growth targets, forecasts, and priorities.
• Develop, maintain, update, and implement training plans for new recruiters and to support all recruiters.
• Lead and coach a team of recruiters, including development through coaching and retraining when needed.
• Maintain recruitment efforts by sourcing and pipelining a broad range of qualified staff.
• Monitor team performance against goals while maintaining individual production.
• Assess lead sources, sourcing, and engagement strategies to improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Promote company policies to achieve division production standards.
• Plan prospecting strategies using email, phone, social media, and events to expand applicant pool.
• Ensure candidate data is accurate and communication is well documented.
• Research and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Implement corrective actions as needed per company procedures.
• Handle special assignments and support process improvements.
