The role focuses on coaching, pipeline development, and performance management to meet division goals.

You will drive sourcing strategies, oversee training, and ensure robust candidate databases while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years related experience in recruitment. 5 years preferred.
• 3 years supervisory experience in sales or staffing industry. Education field preferred.
• Proven business development and effective leadership skills.
• Ability to plan work activities efficiently.
• Manage competing demands and changing priorities.
• Demonstrates the ability to analyze a problem through to resolution.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently yet as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with internal business leaders to understand growth targets, forecasts, and priorities.
• Support in developing, maintaining, updating, and implementing training plans for new recruiters and to support all recruiters.
• Successfully manage a team of recruiters and support with their development through coaching, counseling, and re-training when needed.
• Maintain recruitment efforts by sourcing and pipelining a broad range of qualified staff.
• Support monitoring team performance against goals, while maintaining individual production.
• Develop prospecting strategies to pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates and expand applicant pool.
• Ensure database is maintained with accurate candidate contact information, qualifications and selling points; document communications.
• Weekly reporting of recruitment metrics.
