• Experience in HRIS and recruiting analytics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the recruiting team; coach and manage recruiters.
• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for Corporate/Business Support roles.
• Partner with HQ leaders and hiring managers to forecast demand and prioritize requisitions.
• Build and maintain dashboards/reports on vacancies, headcount, time‑to‑fill, and KPI metrics.
