You will coach recruiters, manage headcount, and optimize the recruiting lifecycle with strong emphasis on candidate experience and process compliance. The role requires deep knowledge of recruiting metrics, employment law, and ATS proficiency, with responsibility for onboarding and stakeholder collaboration across business units.

Qualifications

• Breadth of HR and Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Strong analytics and reporting capability, with KPI ownership.
• Expertise in employment law, OFCCP/EEOC compliance, and process standardization.

Responsibilities

• Lead HQ recruiting team, providing day-to-day direction, coaching, and performance management for recruiters.
• Own recruiting analytics: dashboards and reports on vacancies, headcount, and time-to-fill.
• Partner with business units to forecast demand and align hiring with goals.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and adherence to process timelines.
• Oversee onboarding, vendor relationships, and HRIS data integrity.
