We are seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee governance and operational effectiveness across freight forwarding operations and affiliates. You will deliver workforce analytics, advisory support to leadership, and ensure compliance with HR policies while guiding employee relations and performance initiatives.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of direct experience in Human Resources.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual: Korean and English to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR governance and operational effectiveness for freight forwarding operations and affiliates.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance concerns, and policy interpretation to management.
• Partner with leadership to discuss base pay offerings and negotiate exceptions as needed.
• Manage and improve performance management processes and documentation standards.
• Oversee recruitment processes ensuring compliance with hiring practices and documentation.
