You will oversee full-cycle hiring, onboarding, employer branding, university partnerships, and talent pipelines while guiding a high-performing team and optimizing recruiting processes and technology to

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and use of ATS and HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred).
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
  • Prior management/leadership experience preferred.
  • Budget management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Serve as strategic talent advisor to business leaders on workforce planning and hiring.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for leadership, executive, and critical roles.
  • Design and enhance onboarding for successful integration and retention.
  • Drive employer branding and strong relationships with universities and industry networks.
  • Oversee university recruiting efforts, career fairs, internships, and early-career programs.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Manage contractor recruitment and vendor partnerships for contingent workforce needs.
  • Partner with leaders to align TA strategies with goals and growth objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and optimize recruiting effectiveness.
  • Oversee recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and TA technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company hiring policies.
  • Drive process improvements to improve quality, time-to-fill, and candidate experience.
  • Manage and optimize ATS and recruiting technologies with data-driven decisions.
  • Build partnerships with universities and industry networks for visibility.

(HATCI) isseekingan experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead talent acquisition initiatives supporting our North American Research & Development organization. This highly visible role will partner with business leaders acrossour locationsto attractand hire world classtalent that drives innovation and future mobility solutions.

As a key member of the Human Resources team, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a diverse range of positions, develop strategic workforce and headcount plans, enhance the employee onboarding experience, strengthen university and industry partnerships, and build talent pipelines for critical business needs. You will also play an integral role in shaping HATCI's employer brand, driving recruiting excellence, and supporting broader HR initiatives that contribute to organizational growth and success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to business leaders, providing expertise on workforce planning, hiring strategies, talent market trends, and organizational growth initiatives.
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for leadership, executive, and other critical roles, ensuring a high-quality and efficient hiring experience.
  • Design, manage, and continuously enhance the employee onboarding experience to support successful integration and long-term retention.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives by delivering an exceptional candidate experience and cultivating strong relationships with universities, industry organizations, and external talent networks.
  • Lead and manage university recruiting efforts, including career fairs, internship programs, and early-career talent development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for key and hard-to-fill positions through innovative sourcing strategies and strategic talent engagement.
  • Manage contractor recruitment and vendor partnerships, ensuring effective hiring, selection, and onboarding processes for contingent workforce needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, workforce plans, and growth objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and talent sourcing partners to maximize recruiting effectiveness and talent access.
  • Oversee recruitment budgets, vendor contracts, and talent acquisition technologies to ensure operational efficiency and return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company hiring policies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance recruiting processes, improve quality of hire, reduce time-to-fill, and elevate the overall candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting technologies, leveraging data and analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, professional associations, and industry networks to strengthen long-term talent pipelines and organizational visibility.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field

Related Industry Experience Requirements:

  • 8years of progressive talent acquisition experience
  • Budget management experience a plus

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Knowledge and use of Applicant Tracking Systemsand HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred)
  • High skilledwith LinkedIn recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
