VeraData Holdings is hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead to recruit across our enterprise and shape how we tell our story to potential hires. You will own the end-to-end process from first conversation to offer, partnering with managers and the Total Rewards team to craft competitive offers.

This remote role supports candidates in US time zones (prefer Eastern or Central). We value mission-driven work, diverse teams and transparent, equitable hiring practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions or business units.
• Candidate-first mindset, balancing speed, quality and fairness.
• Enthusiasm for partnering with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations.
• Certifications (AIRS, LinkedIn CP, SHRM-CP) preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like before a role opens.
• Source, screen and guide candidates through a structured, fair hiring process.
• Build lasting talent pipelines and communities for in-demand roles.
• Research market pay, prepare offers with Total Rewards, negotiate within ranges.
• Champion internal mobility to grow employees' careers.
• Lead employer brand across careers pages, postings and events.
• Set interview standards and train hiring managers and teams.
• Track key metrics (time to fill, source of hire, offers) and improve processes.
• Keep hiring compliant with EEO, pay transparency and background checks.
