Job summary

YipitData is seeking a seasoned Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the recruiting function. You will inherit an established team of about seven professionals and shape a strategic, data-driven approach to hiring across the United States.

Partner with People and business leaders to drive change, scale processes, and own metrics while overseeing executive searches and proactive sourcing. This remote-friendly role can sit in NYC or anywhere in the US.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience leading recruiting teams in high-growth environments.
• Experience with executive hiring and multi-function hiring.
• Strong data-driven decision making and use of recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Assess current TA org and define a roadmap for change.
• Lead and develop a team of ~7 recruiting professionals.
• Provide strategic oversight for senior-level and executive searches.
• Establish recruiting processes, SLAs, and dashboards.
