Flint Group in Annapolis, MD, seeks a Recruitment Manager to lead all recruitment and retention efforts. Build a pipeline of technicians, licensed staff, and leaders while applying Flint’s recruitment playbook. Report to the General Manager with a dotted line to the VP of Talent Acquisition.

Begin driving candidate-focused initiatives immediately. The role requires sourcing talent, onboarding, maintaining relationships, forecasting staffing levels, assisting budgeting, and retention reporting.
