Job summary

AirTech HVAC in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and lead recruiting for HVAC technicians, installers, dispatchers, customer service reps, and leadership roles. You will partner with leadership to shape workforce strategy and craft compelling ads reflecting AirTech's growth goals.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offers, onboarding, and HR support, driving high-quality hires in a competitive trades market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in HVAC or skilled trades.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Experience recruiting trades or hard-to-fill positions.
• Strong ability to evaluate character, skill and cultural fit.
• Working knowledge of onboarding, employment compliance, and HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for HVAC techs, installers, dispatchers, and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract skilled-trades candidates.
• Source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, trade schools, and local networks.
• Maintain a steady candidate pipeline, including passive candidates for future openings.
• Coordinate interviews, perform reference checks, and facilitate offers.
• Collaborate with leadership to anticipate staffing needs and plan hiring.
• Write compelling job ads reflecting AirTech's culture and opportunities.
• Track hiring metrics and maintain accurate candidate records.
