AirTech HVAC, a family-owned HVAC company in Pasadena, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across all roles from technicians to leadership.

You will develop creative sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and partner with leadership to anticipate staffing needs in a competitive trades market. This on-site role offers a competitive package and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting experience, ideally in HVAC, construction, home services, or skilled trades.
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service professionals, or hard-to-fill positions.
• Knowledge of HR onboarding and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for all company positions, including HVAC technicians, installers, dispatchers and leadership roles.
• Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and trade schools.
• Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and offers; manage job postings and ads.
• Track recruiting metrics and maintain candidate records with timely communication.
