Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications or related discipline
• Self-reliant, “figure it out” mentality

• Exposure to service industry

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to align recruitment with growth strategy
• Lead pipeline development for technicians, licensed staff and industry leaders
• Oversee onboarding and retention programs to ensure high employee engagement
• Forecast staffing levels and assist with budgeting for recruitment
• Implement candidate-focused processes from outreach to onboarding
• Build strategic partnerships with community groups and professional associations
• Enhance employer branding across job boards and social channels
• Perform light HR administration duties
• Contribute to planning, procurement, and investments for recruitment efforts
• Other duties as assigned
