Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the full recruiting life cycle, partnering with hiring managers to design targeted plans and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will source candidates through diverse channels, screen and interview, and coordinate travel as needed while ensuring compliance with employment laws and company branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management, or 2–4 years of related experience.
• Full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain Lawson and Kronos knowledge.
• Familiar with current employment law.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruiting plans and ensure high-quality candidate experience.
• Identify candidates using internal databases, job boards, social media, networking, and agencies.
• Review applications and salary requests; maintain applicant tracking for compliance.
• Conduct pre-screen calls and behavioral-based interviews; coordinate travel when needed.
• Support training users and full utilization of recruitment software across lifecycle stages.
• Execute data-driven talent marketing and proactive recruitment strategies.
• Assist with campus and university recruiting initiatives and build pipelines.
• Maintain relationships with HR partners and provide regular pipeline updates.
