Shields Health Care Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function, manage requisitions, source and engage candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles. This hands-on leader will coach a team of recruiters, adapt to different styles, and drive recruiting metrics and employer branding across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle and high-volume recruitment.
• Experience managing requisitions while leading or supporting a recruiting team.
• Prior people-management experience with coaching and developing teams.
• Ability to lead individuals with different working styles and levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage requisitions, source and engage candidates, and partner with hiring managers.
• Lead, coach, and support the Talent Acquisition team with clear expectations.
• Develop sourcing strategies and monitor pipelines.
• Improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Collaborate with Marketing for employer branding.
• Leverage recruiting technology and metrics to drive improvements.
