Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience personally managing requisitions while leading or supporting a recruiting team.
• Prior people-management experience with a history of coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working recruiting manager, supporting active requisitions and daily staffing needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and support the Talent Acquisition team with clear performance expectations.
• Monitor workloads and adjust resources to meet changing business demands.
