Shields Health Care Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function and actively fill critical positions across our multi-site operations. This hands-on leader will manage requisitions, source and engage candidates, and partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.

You will coach a team of recruiters, drive metrics on time-to-fill and quality-of-hire, and continuously improve processes, technology, and the Shields employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle and high-volume recruitment.
• Experience managing requisitions while leading or supporting a recruiting team.
• Prior people-management experience with coaching and building teams.
• Ability to lead individuals with different working styles and backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of sourcing, engagement, interviewing, and selection.
• Healthcare recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed or multi-site operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a working recruiting manager supporting active requisitions and daily staffing needs.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, offers, coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and support the Talent Acquisition team with clear performance expectations.
• Review workloads and adjust resources to meet changing business demands.
• Build pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research.
• Develop relationships with leaders and candidates; advise on recruiting strategy and market conditions.
• Leverage recruiting technology to automate and improve processes.
• Monitor metrics and communicate recruitment performance and trends.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
