Job summary

Shields Health Care Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function across the organization. You will actively manage requisitions, source candidates, and partner with hiring managers to fill critical roles in a timely and thoughtful manner.

You will also lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters, adapting coaching to different experience levels while maintaining accountability, consistency, and strong results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience managing requisitions while leading a recruiting team.
• History of coaching, developing, and building high-performing teams.
• Ability to adapt leadership to recruiters with different styles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working recruiting manager, supporting active requisitions.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to set priorities and sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, and support the Talent Acquisition team with clear expectations.
