Shields Health Care Group is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function across the organization. This role combines recruiting expertise with leadership, coaching a team of recruiters, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical roles in a timely, thoughtful manner.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including full-cycle and high-volume recruitment.
• Experience managing requisitions while leading or supporting a recruiting team.
• Prior people-management experience with coaching and building high-performing teams.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a working recruiting manager supporting active requisitions and staffing needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interviewing, offer management, and hiring coordination.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead, coach, develop, and support the Talent Acquisition team with clear performance expectations.
• Adapt leadership approaches to support recruiters with different experience levels and styles.
• Regularly review workloads, priorities, and pipelines and adjust resources as needed.
• Develop understanding of operational needs and identify recruiting challenges and staffing gaps.
• Build and maintain pipelines through proactive sourcing and market research.
• Identify innovative approaches to candidate sourcing and talent attraction.
• Create a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Build consultative relationships with hiring managers and leaders across the organization.
• Provide guidance on recruiting strategy, market conditions, and interview practices.
• Leverage recruiting technology to automate and improve processes.
• Develop, monitor, and communicate recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Use data to identify opportunities for process improvements and solutions.
• Partner with Marketing to strengthen employer branding and recruitment marketing.
• Support diversity, equity, inclusion, and talent acquisition initiatives.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and labor market conditions.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, programs, and tools.
