Job summary

EOC Audio, based in Lisle, IL, is seeking a Recruiting Manager to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with leaders to forecast needs and build strong candidate pipelines. This hands-on role emphasizes sourcing, relationship-building, and guiding candidates from outreach through to onboarding, with travel to local events as needed.

You will recruit for field technicians, programmers, project managers, designers, and sales roles, ensuring a great candidate experience

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for construction, home services, low-voltage systems, security, AV/technology integration, skilled trades, or field-service business preferred.
• Demonstrated success hiring both hourly technical talent and salaried professional/management roles.
• Proactive sourcing mindset to engage candidates not actively applying.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across EOC businesses for field technicians, programmers, project managers, designers, sales, service staff, security technicians, and office roles.
• Partner with department leaders to forecast hiring needs and translate goals into quarterly recruiting plans.
• Build pipelines through sourcing on LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, trade schools, and local networks.
