Packer Fastener is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to build recruiting strategies, manage ATS workflows, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience that showcases our culture, growth, and career opportunities.

This role maintains proactive talent pipelines, oversees background checks and vendor relationships, and supports employer branding and recruitment marketing.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably multi-site or growth-oriented organizations.
• Proven success sourcing, attracting, and hiring high-quality, culture-aligned candidates.
• Strong storyteller capable of translating culture, Swagger, growth, and opportunity into a compelling narrative.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for all roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Oversee job postings, candidate communications, and ATS workflows for a seamless candidate experience.
• Oversee background checks to ensure compliance and timely results.
• Develop recruitment strategies and proactive talent pipelines for high-growth roles.
