Clarity Care Inc in Oshkosh, WI is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Lead to manage the Recruitment Team, mentor recruiters, and drive hiring strategies aligned with our mission. The role oversees end-to-end hiring, collaborates with department heads, and monitors KPIs to ensure timely hires and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2–3 years of TA experience, including supervision, with knowledge of employment law and recruiting best

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business or related area.
• 2–3 years HR experience; PHR certification preferred.
• 2–3 years direct talent acquisition experience, including supervision.
• Knowledge of employment law, benefits, compensation, and recruitment.
• Lean Process Improvement knowledge and ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and coach recruiters, tracking KPIs and conducting reviews.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring and community recruitment initiatives.
• Forecast staffing needs with department heads and align talent plans.
• Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, FMLA, ERISA, OSHA, and related laws.
• Maintain HRIS and confidential personnel records; support employee relations.
