Job summary

CLARITY CARE INC is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in Wisconsin. The role involves sourcing and interviewing candidates, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting onboarding and HRIS data accuracy.

You will engage with hiring managers, manage recruitment pipelines, and promote our mission of empowering individuals with varying abilities to live independently in their communities. A background in HR and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or education in Human Resources Management, Business or related area.
• Knowledge of general business practices and computer skills including various HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Specialized training in employment law, benefits, compensation, organizational planning, organizational development, employee relations, safety, training, and recruitment, preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must possess a valid WI driver’s license, and ability to meet agency driving standards. Must provide proof of auto insurance.
• Must pass a WI Caregiver Background Checks including Department of Justice Criminal Record Checks, and/or that of previous states of residence.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for all positions using databases, social media, and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews and onboard employees.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and generate required reports.
• Track employee compliance with health screenings and TB requirements.
• Coordinate college and community recruiting efforts.
• Keep job postings and openings updated.
• Attend job fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Promote the company as a great place to work.
