Qualifications

• At least 2 years in recruiting coordination or fast-paced coordination.
• Experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional with candidates.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume virtual and onsite interviews across teams, locations, time zones, and seniority levels.
• Manage onsite candidate visits, including room reservations and logistics.
• Ensure interviewers and candidates have all information, links, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and external sites, and raise process improvements.
