Job summary

Niles Industrial Coatings, LLC is seeking a Human Resources Intern - Talent Acquisition to support sourcing, candidate engagement, internship programs, and hiring events in Michigan. You will partner with HR and hiring managers to help build a strong talent pipeline and support onboarding activities.

This hands-on role offers exposure to recruiting strategies, workforce development, and data-driven recruiting metrics, with opportunities to contribute to campus outreach and ambassador programs

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition or Workforce Development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and communications.
• Support job postings and recruitment advertising through ATS and job boards.
• Participate in career fairs and hiring events.
• Assist with internship and talent pipeline programs.
• Help maintain candidate records, metrics, and databases.
• Support onboarding and new hire activities.
• Research labor market trends and recruitment practices.
• Provide administrative support for HR projects.
