Job summary

Amsted Automotive is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent Acquisition Manager with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and recruitment marketing as part of the ACE Program. The role offers hands-on experience and potential for part-time or full-time employment upon successful completion of the program.

The internship is on-site in Michigan, and the candidate will engage with colleges, participate in career fairs, and help drive employee engagement

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR career.
• Customer service, sales, recruiting, or other relationship-building experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with UKG Recruiting (ATS) or similar systems preferred.
• Experience creating content with Canva or developing videos with Vyond preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resume reviews, candidate screening, and applicant tracking activities.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with maintaining accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system UKG.
• Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media content and employment branding efforts.
• Assist with campus recruiting activities and building relationships with colleges and universities.
• Assist with planning and participating in career fairs, hiring events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating and supporting All About Greatness (AAG) employee engagement initiatives globally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
