Job summary

Grande is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support entry-level recruiting, sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruitment marketing. You will lead a strategic project focused on building and engaging talent communities in Fond du Lac, WI, gaining hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate outreach, and social media strategy.

You will partner with recruiters, develop engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels, track engagement metrics, and help create scalable recruitment marketing

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field (HR, marketing, business).
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfortable with data in Excel or Sheets.
• Ability to work with teams and independently to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms/tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting activities for entry-level and early-career positions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
• Partner with recruiters to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Use talent sourcing and recruiting technology tools to identify and engage prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
• Develop and pilot a talent community strategy to build relationships with potential candidates.
• Create candidate communication and nurture campaigns to keep talent engaged with our organization.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Brand to develop LinkedIn and social media content that strengthens employer brand awareness.
• Track and analyze talent engagement metrics and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
• Help establish a repeatable recruitment marketing framework to support long-term talent acquisition goals.
