Job summary

Grande is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support entry‑level recruiting efforts, engage with candidates, and help develop a talent community strategy. You will gain hands‑on experience in sourcing, candidate outreach, and recruitment marketing while collaborating with branding and talent teams.

This internship is ideal for students studying HR, business, marketing, or communications who want real‑world recruiting experience and to impact future hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Student in Junior or Senior level working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Organizational Development, Marketing, Industrial Psychology, Communications or other related field from an accredited school required.
  • Prior business/office experiences desirable
  • Good analytical skills
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with others & also independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable making high volume calls
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable working with data in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with platforms like Handshake, Hire-EZ, Canva, or survey tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support recruiting activities for entry‑level and early‑career positions, including sourcing, screening, and candidate outreach.
  • Partner with recruiters to deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Use talent sourcing and recruiting technology tools to identify, organize, and engage prospective candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Develop and pilot a talent community strategy that helps build and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Create candidate communication and nurture campaigns to keep talent engaged with our organization.
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Brand to develop engaging LinkedIn and social media content that strengthens employer brand awareness.
  • Track and analyze talent engagement metrics and recommend improvements to outreach strategies.
  • Help establish a repeatable recruitment marketing framework that supports long‑term talent acquisition goals.
