Responsibilities

• Schedule candidates: manage candidate scheduling in Greenhouse for interviews and recruitment activities.
• Conduct interviews: prepare for and conduct interviews across roles from entry to leadership.
• Campus recruitment activities: coordinate career fairs, info sessions, and campus events in Greater Boston.
• Candidate sourcing: build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Enhance employer branding: assist in promoting the company’s employer brand via social media and marketing materials.
• Personal projects: work on recruitment-strategy initiatives and process improvements.
• AI utilization: leverage Claude to support research, drafting content, brainstorming, and sharing AI use cases with the team.
